These Terms of Service govern access to hivybz.com and purchases from HI-VYBZ LLC. Please read them before using the site or placing an order.

By accessing the site, creating an account, joining rewards, submitting a form, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. HI-VYBZ LLC may refuse service or restrict access where permitted by law.
The site and its products are only for adults age 21 and older. You represent that the information you provide is accurate, that you are legally permitted to purchase and receive the products at the shipping destination, and that your purchase and use comply with applicable federal, state, and local law. We may require age or identity verification and may cancel orders that cannot be verified or legally fulfilled.
Product descriptions, images, availability, ingredients, potency details, warnings, and COAs are provided for shopping information and may be updated. Packaging and appearance may vary. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Follow the product label, keep products away from children and pets, do not drive or operate machinery while impaired, and consult a qualified professional regarding health or medication concerns.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase and does not guarantee acceptance. We may reject, limit, hold, or cancel an order because of availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, failed verification, payment issues, shipping restrictions, legal concerns, or other operational reasons. If a canceled order was charged, the appropriate amount will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to processor timing.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are presented during checkout when available. You authorize HI-VYBZ LLC and its payment processor to charge the selected payment method for the order total. Payment-card details are tokenized by Authorize.net; Hi-Vybz does not intentionally store full card numbers or security codes. You are responsible for providing valid billing and payment information.
Orders ship only to eligible destinations. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, weather, verification, inventory, legal restrictions, or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss transfer as permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for providing a complete, lawful delivery address and for promptly reviewing tracking and delivery information. Return and refund eligibility depends on the product, condition, timing, applicable law, and the Return Policy. Opened or used ingestible products may be ineligible for return except where required by law or approved because of damage or fulfillment error. Contact support with the order number and relevant photographs before returning an item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
You are responsible for safeguarding account access and notifying us of suspected unauthorized use. Rewards points, tiers, referrals, discounts, and offers have no cash value, may be corrected for error or abuse, and may be changed or discontinued as permitted by law. Transactional communications are part of order and account administration. Marketing communications may be declined using the available unsubscribe method.
You may not use the site for unlawful purchases, resale without authorization, fraud, payment abuse, false identity or age information, interference with site security, automated scraping, malicious code, infringement, harassment, or any activity that harms Hi-Vybz, its vendors, or other users. We may investigate suspected violations and preserve or disclose information as permitted by law.
The Hi-Vybz name, logos, packaging, graphics, photographs, video, text, site design, and other content are owned by or licensed to HI-VYBZ LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Limited personal use of the site does not grant a license to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit site content without written permission.
The site relies on third parties for services such as payment processing, age verification, hosting, email, shipping, and analytics. Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy practices. Hi-Vybz is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside its reasonable control, except as required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties not expressly stated. HI-VYBZ LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that every product is lawful in every location. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HI-VYBZ LLC and its owners, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use or products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify HI-VYBZ LLC and its owners, personnel, and service providers from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the site, violation of these terms, infringement of another party's rights, or misuse of products, except to the extent caused by conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply. Before filing a claim, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the issue through customer support. Subject to applicable consumer rights, disputes may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Oregon.
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. These terms, together with incorporated policies and order-specific disclosures, form the agreement concerning site use.
