This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Hi-Vybz collects, why it is used, when it is shared, and the choices available to customers and visitors.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through hivybz.com, checkout, rewards enrollment, contact forms, wholesale applications, and related customer support. It does not govern third-party websites or services that maintain their own privacy policies.
We may collect identifiers and contact details such as your name, email address, telephone number, shipping address, billing details, date-of-birth information when required for age verification, account or rewards information, order history, product preferences, wholesale business details, communications, and information you submit through forms. We may also collect device, browser, IP address, referral, and site-usage information through standard server logs and similar technologies.
Credit card information entered at checkout is transmitted directly to Authorize.net for tokenization. Hi-Vybz receives a limited-use payment token and transaction details such as authorization status, transaction identifier, and card last four digits. Hi-Vybz does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers or card security codes.
We use personal information to operate the storefront; process and fulfill orders; confirm eligibility, age, and shipping restrictions; administer rewards and referrals; respond to support requests; review wholesale applications; prevent fraud and misuse; maintain security; send transactional messages; improve products and services; comply with legal obligations; enforce our terms; and send marketing communications when permitted by law and your preferences.
We may share information with vendors that provide payment processing, age verification, hosting, databases, email delivery, storage, shipping, fraud prevention, analytics, professional advice, and customer support. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect customers or the business, investigate misuse, complete a business transaction, or with your direction. Service providers are expected to use information only for authorized services and appropriate legal purposes.
Hi-Vybz does not sell personal information for money. If our use of advertising or analytics technology is considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under an applicable privacy law, eligible consumers may request to opt out through the Contact page. We do not knowingly sell or use the personal information of anyone under 21 for targeted advertising.
The site may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technology to remember age confirmation, language preferences, cart contents, session state, security settings, and site performance. Browser controls may block some technologies, but doing so can prevent checkout, cart, language, or other features from working correctly.
We retain information only as reasonably needed for orders, customer service, rewards administration, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and enforcement. Retention periods vary by record type and legal obligation. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages and may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of eligible personal information through the Contact page. Depending on your state, you may also have rights to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling, and to appeal a denied request. We may verify your identity and retain information when permitted or required by law. Authorized agents may submit requests where applicable.
Eligible Oregon consumers may have rights under the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act, including rights to confirm processing, access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of personal data, and to opt out of certain sale, targeted advertising, or profiling activities. Requests and appeals may be submitted through the Contact page. Hi-Vybz will not discriminate against a consumer for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Hi-Vybz is intended for adults age 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or permit minors to purchase products. Contact us if you believe a minor has submitted personal information so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
